Sunset Wine Dinner Thursday, July 30 | 6:30 pm An unforgettable evening of exceptional food, thoughtfully selected wines, and wonderful company. Begin the evening with a special welcome cocktail before enjoying a spectacular four-course dinner prepared for the first time by our very own General Manager, Eric Earthman. Each course will be paired with a staff-picked wine selected especially for this event, creating a memorable dining experience from start to finish. Gather with friends, discover new favorites, and enjoy a beautiful summer evening filled with incredible flavors and great conversation. The Menu: Sea Scallop Crudo, Toasted Cashew, Shiso, and Mint Oil Lobster Roll, Brioche, Lemon-Fine Herb Aioli Smoked Duck Breast, Frisee, Huckleberry-Port Gastrique Roasted Beef Tenderloin, Fingerling Potatoes, Charred Asparagus Spears, Classic Demi Summer Berry Dessert a la Daniel $125++ per person.
